Ingredients | Szechuan Spicy Beef Noodles6 ounces NO YOLKS® Extra Broad Noodles1 pound ground beef1 small onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced½ teaspoon oregano½ teaspoon salt1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce⅓ cup water1 cup shredded Cheddar cheeseDirectionsPrepare noodles according to package directions.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown beef with onion, garlic, oregano and salt.
